Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. International / NRI shipping is coming soon.

2. Processing time

We pack and dispatch within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays go out the next working day.

3. Delivery time

• Metro cities: typically 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: typically 5-8 business days.
• Estimated delivery is shown at checkout based on your pincode.

4. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Below that, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).
• All shipments are sealed and tracked so you know exactly where your parcel is.

5. Payment

You can pay online (UPI / cards / netbanking / wallets via Razorpay) or, for Kolkata addresses (pincodes starting 700), Cash on Delivery up to ₹10,000 per order — pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. For COD orders, our team will WhatsApp you within a few hours to confirm before dispatch. Higher-value orders need to be prepaid. Either way, every parcel is sealed and tracked end to end.

6. Serviceability

Enter your pincode on the product or cart page to check availability and estimated date. A few remote pincodes may not be serviceable.

7. Tracking

You'll receive tracking on WhatsApp / SMS / email once your order ships. Track anytime on our Track order page.

8. Risk of loss

Until the courier hands over the parcel to your address, the risk of loss or damage in transit rests with us. From the moment of delivery, the item is yours.

9. Delays

If your parcel is stuck, we'll chase the courier and escalate until it lands or you're refunded. Delays caused by courier failures, weather or force majeure aren't technically on us — but we'll still see it through. If we expect more than 14 days from order date, we'll come to you with a full refund option.

10. Wrong address / failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone are correct. Orders returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.
